Phentermine Tablets/Capsules
Phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira) affects the central nervous system and helps with weight loss by decreasing appetite while increasing the body’s metabolism. Taking phentermine initially to kickstart a new lifestyle for a severely overweight individual has been proven more beneficial than diet and exercise alone. As part of our provider-supervised weight management program, phentermine is prescribed to treat obesity in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
Phentermine-Topiramate Tablets
Phentermine-Topiramate (Qsymia®) is a prescription weight loss medication that has been shown to reduce both appetite and food cravings. Phentermine and topiramate are two medications that are sometimes prescribed together to help with weight loss. The medication is used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet plan and regular exercise.

➢Semaglutide
A once weekly modified molecule our bodies make, called a GLP-1 analog which works by increasing insulin production and lowering glucagon secretion as well as targets areas in the brain that regulate appetite and food intake. Semaglutide was originally used to treat diabetes and sold under the name Ozempic®. In June 2021, Wegovy, brand name Semaglutide, was FDA-approved for weight loss.

➢Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable medication that acts as both a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist and a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor agonist. It functions by boosting insulin production, reducing glucagon levels, and influencing brain regions that control appetite and food consumption. Initially used to manage diabetes and sold under the name Mounjaro, Tirzepatide was approved by the FDA for weight loss on November 8, 2023, under the brand name Zepbound.

➢Vitamin B12 Injections
A water-soluble vitamin that’s essential for maintaining optimal health and has been shown to be beneficial in helping to reduce fatigue, improve memory, and maintain a healthy body weight. B12 is purported to help accelerate metabolic processes while creating a greater feeling of overall energy.

Booster shots, also known as Lipo Injections, aid in releasing fat by targeting key fat deposits in the body, which boosts metabolism and supports healthy weight loss. These injections can be combined with B vitamins to enhance their effectiveness, and they are often administered together during a single treatment cycle.
Methionine Inositol Choline (MIC) Injections, commonly called Lipo Injections, are designed to release fat throughout the body by focusing on primary fat storage areas.
Lipotropic or fat-burning substances include:
- Inositol: Supports the liver in breaking down and eliminating fat from the body.
- Choline: Aids in the distribution of cholesterol, preventing it from accumulating in one area.
- Methionine: Works similarly to inositol but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the combination.
- L-Carnitine: An amino acid that helps transport fats into muscle cells to be used for energy. By converting fats into fuel for muscle activity, it preserves glycogen and slows the buildup of lactic acid, boosting both performance and endurance.
Injections can be given up to two times a week, with vitamins B6 and B12 boosting metabolic functions and enhancing overall energy levels. Lipotropics, which play a key role in breaking down fat, are closely linked to B vitamins. When used in combination, they are believed to amplify each other’s benefits and are often administered together in the same treatment cycle.
